How to Make it:
- Put knuckle pork into boiling water, and cook for 2-3 minutes and turn the fire off, in the meantime, leave the knuckle pork in the hot pot and braise for about ten minutes.

- Put all of the B flavored sauce, into a big tall suitable sized heavy cooking pot and boil it and then put the cleaned knuckle pork in.
- have it rolled from the marinade with a small fire, cover the pot and leave the cover with small ventilation gaps open.
- Slow cook for about 1 hour and add crushed rock sugar and rice wine into the pan and mix well, continue to stew cook until it become soft through the knuckle pork.
- After that keep cooking for about 40 minutes before the sauce gets dry, turn off the flame, and it ready!
- put it on a dish with vegetable dressing around it just like the photo shows.
