Hakka Rice Noodle,For Chinese New Year~


Hakka Rice Noodle,For Chinese New Year~
A Materials:
(1) 1 kg, about 1 package of Hakka broad rice noodles
(2) thick and big mushroom x 6
(3) 1 rice bowl full of Vegetarian Pork
(4) 1 rice bowl full of fresh fungus
(5) half a rice bowl of carrot
(6) half a catty of Chinese cabbage
(7) 2 tablespoons of vegetarian preserved vegetables
(8) 1 bowl full of chopped celery with leaves
(9) 3 tablespoons of oil
(10) Vegetarian Pork Marinade: (2 tsp of Shaoxing rice wine, 2 tsp of light colored soy sauce, 1 / 4 teaspoon of five-spice powder,  2 tsp of potato flour)
B condiments:
(1) 4 bowls full of vegetable soup
(2) 1 / 4 teaspoon of black pepper
(3) 2 tsp of sesame oil
(4) Salt Appropriated


C How do I make it?
  1. Have meterials ready
  2. Cut rice noodles into about 1cm wide pieces about 1 cm wide strip.
  3. Sock mushrooms in warm water until they trun soft, have them off water and cut them in pieces
  4. Sock Vegetarian shredded pork in warm water till soft, have it off water 
  5. Have above meterials Mixed all together with Vegetarian pork marinade for later use.
  6. Cut Chinese cabbage in pieces.
  7. Put 3 tablespoons of oil in a hot frying pan, fry mushrooms first and then the marinated pork, fungus, carrots with midium fire, keep stir-frying for about 1 minute.
  8. After that, put chinese cabbage in with preserved vegetables and stir them well.
  9. Add flavor materials B in, cover it and simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  10. Add Rice noodles in and keep boilling for about 2 minutes.
  11. The final step, add celery in and keep cooking for about 30 minuts, turn it off and the dish is ready to serve!
